ID Fitness Incorporated is dedicated to providing a detailed, easy to follow road map to guide clients in reaching their specific goals, and also to motivate them into living a healthier life style that will promote longevity. Clients are educated on proper form for each exercise, as well as benefits of individually designed training program. Exercise programs are tailored to suit the needs and goals of the individual client after a fitness assessment is conducted. Understanding that people live very busy lives, fitness programs are designed specifically to suit busy schedules.  

My motivation stems from being overweight as a young boy. People teased me and my confidence was low. I always had an interest in learning the martial arts so I enrolled when I was 10 years old. I learned not only karate but also how exercise can assist people in living a better lifestyle. Not only does being in shape feel good but it also raises your self-esteem. This encouraged me into wanting to become a personal trainer so I could assist others in feeling good about life and themselves.
